VOLUNTEERING

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the club and without them, the club would simply not exist. Like all clubs, we are always desperate for more people to get involved.

Desperate could be a little strong, but we do get involved in a lot of things, which ultimately can lead to a strain on resources. Volunteering can take many forms and to us, even the smallest contribution is priceless.

HGFC provides an ideal opportunity for those who are thinking of trying their hand at coaching. HGFC will encourage & support you on the FA (First4sport) level one, which is the the first step on the coaching ladder. This will give you the confidence to pass on your skills to a much enthused and appreciative audience!

All time given by volunteers is valued beyond price. We have built up very friendly easy going club based on a good mixture of hard work and lots of fun.

We would challenge anyone to come down on a training night, watch the football, and not want to come back!
