Training/Club nights are held on Tuesday evenings at St. Aidans CofE High School.

On club nights we will have between 25 and 35 players being coached and playing football. Coachings sessions take place in the Gym, while small sided games are played in the Sports Hall.

At registration, subs are paid and a training bib is allocated. The allocation of training bibs splits the players into three different ability groups:
- Lower Novice
- Novice
- Intermediate
Each group plays and trains independently of the others. This enables everyone to participate at a pace that suites them. Subsequently, training sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of each group, while players are able to compete on an equal footing during games.

Each group rotates between the Gym and Sports Hall. This means that everyone gets plenty of time with a ball at their feet.
