Yorkshire & Humberside

Special Olympics Yorkshire & Humberside is one of nineteen regions which make up Special Olympics GB.

YHSO is run by a regional committee representing 13 single and multi-sports clubs.

Athletes represent their clubs in regional events and represent Yorkshire & Humberside SO at National events.

YHSO Football teams enter the National summers games every four years, with its players then having the opportunity to be nominated for the GB squads for the European Championships and World Games.

YHSO also organises an annual football festival where groups mix for coaching and small sided games.
